Although Dine Utah is a Nicholas and Company entity, it’s role operated separate from Nicholas branding.
During my time as Dine Utah Coordinator I introduced the successful “Meet the Chef” ad campaign, which increased foot traffic to local Salt Lake restaurants, while introducing the head chef and their best dishes. I worked with local magazines such as: DEVOUR, City Weekly, and SLUG to coordinate ads for both Dine Utah and Nicholas.
In 2018 I proposed a new Dine Utah logo to be launched in 2019 with the new campaign. However, due to trademark costs we were unable to move forward with the new design.
